At Out Of Peloton®, we understand that even the most carefully planned rides can take an unexpected turn. Our Crash & Care programme is here to support you when it matters most.
If your Out Of Peloton® product has been damaged as a result of an accident, you may be eligible for a 40% discount on a replacement item within the same product category.
How to submit a request Send an email to our team including a brief description of the incident, photographs of the damaged item, and your original proof of purchase. Each request is reviewed individually and responded to as promptly as possible.
Eligibility conditions
- The request must be submitted within 365 days of the original purchase date.
- A valid proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
- The age and general condition of the product will be taken into account during the review.
- Normal wear and tear does not qualify for coverage.
- The replacement discount applies exclusively to items within the same product category (e.g. damaged bib shorts may be replaced with a discount on a new pair of bib shorts).
- The discount is redeemable solely through the official Out Of Peloton® online store.
- This offer is available to the original purchaser only.
- Collaboration items and third-party accessories — including shoes, eyewear, and caps — are excluded from this programme.
All requests are assessed on an individual basis and subject to approval at the brand’s sole discretion.

Out Of Peloton® offers a complimentary repair service for Out Of Peloton® branded products accompanied by valid proof of purchase, in cases where damage has been caused by a cycling accident. This service does not apply to items purchased on sale.
How it works Each item returned in damaged or imperfect condition is assessed individually to determine whether a durable and effective repair can be carried out. Not all types of damage can be addressed — garments that have already seen extended use may also fall outside the scope of the service, even when they have been carefully maintained.
If a repair is deemed unfeasible or unsuitable — for example in cases of staining, significant abrasions, extensive cuts, or excessive damage — Out Of Peloton® reserves the right to decline the request. Where possible, an alternative solution will be proposed.
Please note: while every effort is made to restore garments as closely as possible to their original condition, some repairs may require slight variations in colour, material, or trims. Repairs may take up to 8 weeks from the date the item is received by our repair team.
Excluded items Each product is reviewed on an individual basis; however, the following items cannot be accepted for repair due to technical or hygiene-related reasons:
- Base Layers
- Arm Warmers
- Leg Warmers
- Merino Sweatshirts
- Socks
- Water Bottles
- Gloves
