Because even the best rides do not always go to plan.
If your Out Of PelotonĀ® gear has been damaged in an accident, contact us by email with a brief description of what happened, photos of the damaged item, and your original proof of purchase.
Once your request has been reviewed, we may offer a 40% discount on a replacement item within the same product category.*
Conditions:
A valid proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
The age and overall condition of the product will be considered during the review process.
Normal wear and tear is not covered.
The replacement discount applies only to damaged items within the same product category.
For example, damaged bib shorts may be replaced with a discount on a new pair of bib shorts.
The discount can only be redeemed through the official online store.
The offer is available only to the original purchaser.
Collaboration items and third-party accessories, such as shoes, eyewear, and caps, are excluded.

REPAIR SERVICE FOR YOUR APPAREL

Out Of PelotonĀ® offers a complimentary repair service for Out Of PelotonĀ® branded products with valid proof of purchase, in cases where a cycling accident has caused damage to the garment.
This service does not apply to sale items.
Each item purchased through outofpeloton.com and returned in damaged or imperfect condition will be assessed individually to determine whether a durable and effective repair can be carried out.
Some types of damage may fall beyond our ability to provide an appropriate repair. Likewise, we may not be able to repair garments that have already seen extended use, even when they have been carefully looked after.
If a repair is not possible or is considered unsuitable ā for example, in cases of stains, significant abrasions, extensive cuts, or excessive damage ā we reserve the right to decline the repair request. When possible, an alternative solution may be offered.
While Out Of PelotonĀ® makes every effort to restore garments as closely as possible to their original condition, some repairs may require slight variations in colour, material, or trims.
Please note that repairs may take up to 8 weeks once the item has been received by our repair team.
